Every print comes with a 30-day happiness guarantee: if it arrives damaged or you don’t love it, I’ll replace or refund it.
What’s covered
- Prints that arrive damaged in shipping.
- Any print you’re not happy with, within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are by mail, for orders shipped within the US.
How to start a return
Email matthew@gibsoncaptures.com with your name and order details. If the print arrived damaged, please include photos of the print and the packaging.
Return shipping is free. I cover it on every return.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Square.
